Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping:
Ships by US Standard/First Class Mail the following business day when the order is placed by 2 p.m. Eastern. If you select this option, every effort will be made to ensure that your package leaves our fulfillment center the next day after placing the order, Monday through Friday except Federal Holidays. All packages shipping standard/First Class Mail carry a 6-10 business day delivery time-frame from the USPS. This is not a guarantee from giftalunch.com. This particular method of shipping is on time in most circumstances, however, cannot be guaranteed. In extreme cases, US Standard/First Class Mail packages can take up to 10 days to arrive and cannot be considered lost until the 10th business day.

If an order has not arrived at the customer's shipping location within 13 days of the shipment date, GiftALunch.com/Data Web Tect LLC may cancel and replace such order, provided the holder submits to GiftALunch.com/Data Web Tect LLC a properly completed Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Certificate within 60 days of the shipment date. Upon receipt of such affidavit and provided a balance remains on the certificate(s) from such order, GiftALunch.com/Data Web Tect LLC will initiate a review process. The certificate may or may not be replaced, depending upon the outcome of such review. GiftALunch.com/Data Web Tect LLC will not replace any lost or stolen certificates if the Affidavit of Claimant/Lost Certificate was not received within the 60-day period.
